What we collect

The free questionnaire asks about your property — segment, size, brand affiliation, geography, current systems, and priorities — plus an email address and property name to deliver your results. Name and phone are optional. We do not require an account.

What we use it for

To generate your Stack Score and report, and to send them to you. If you ask to be notified about a product (such as Monitoring), we use your email for that one purpose. We do not sell or share your data with vendors, directories, or any third party — our independence positioning depends on it.

Analytics

We use privacy-first, cookieless analytics (Plausible) to measure aggregate site usage. No cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers, no personal profiles.

Retention and your rights

Assessment data is retained to keep your report accessible. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@hoteltechadvisory.com. If you are in the UK or EU, you have the rights set out in UK GDPR / GDPR, including access, rectification, and erasure.
