The service
Hotel Tech Advisory provides technology assessments for hotel properties: a free Stack Score and a paid written report. Recommendations are advisory opinions based on the information you provide and our structured vendor research — they are not guarantees of outcome, and final purchasing decisions remain yours.
Independence
We accept no commissions, referral fees, or paid placement from vendors. Vendor figures (pricing ranges, projected uplifts) are estimates drawn from published sources and practice experience, current as of the report date.
Paid reports
The Full Report is a one-time purchase per property, delivered as an interactive dashboard and a PDF. It is yours to keep and to share inside your organisation. If a report fails to deliver what is described on this site, contact us within 14 days for a remedy or refund.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
